Sabrina Moorer Underwood has for 12 years provided behavioral health services to children served in Therapeutic Foster Care. She has served in many roles including family consultant, licensing and recruiter trainer and therapeutic foster care supervisor. Underwood’s expertise was gained in behavior modification, crisis management, collaborative relationships, supportive counseling, and treatment planning development, supervision and training. She has additional experience in medical social work practice and management.
Underwood is an honor graduate of the School of Social Work at Alabama State University, Montgomery. She became a licensed social worker in 2001. Underwood is certified as a trainer in Group Preparation and Selection (GPS) and Deciding Together for foster parents as well as holds certification as an Alabama Master Trainer of the GPS Training.
Sabrina enjoys singing, family outings, reading, church ministry and shopping. Her background includes leadership with church groups. |
